MAQS works regularly with both OEMs as well as subcontractors and has therewith gained solid experience and understanding of the most common contract structures, acceptable risk levels, delivery flows and the need of close cooperation between the different actors.
By helping our clients in connection with the preparation of their standard agreements and associated documents such as ”contractual guidelines” etc. we can support clients in an efficient and cost-effective way in their contract negotiations, hold internal courses with the personnel and, if necessary, carry out updates of the documents.
