On 25 May 2018, the Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) replaced the old Data Act. The regulations are continuously being amended and developed, as it is no longer just Swedish considerations to deal with. By keeping apprised of the legal development locally and internationally, we can offer updated and pertinent advice in the area. Our offer is further complemented by our collaboration with, for example, AI innovation, which also ensures that we are always aware of the latest developments.
This in combination with our many years of experience means that we are able to apply the new rules to our clients’ operations in an efficient and business-adapted way. We provide ongoing expert advice and project management in GDPR implementation projects, as well as follow-up / review of previously completed projects. We also often assist our clients with legal opinions, updating of information texts, conducting risk analyses and impact assessments as well as assessments and reports of personal data incidents.
