MAQS Capital Markets advises in all areas that are relevant for a company in a market place and our advice is based on each client’s unique conditions. The group advised Powercell when the company was listed on Nasdaq First North in 2014, and has since worked closely with both the board of directors and company management on issues related to information disclosure, capital procurement, shareholder meetings and election committee work.
