MAQS’ Real Estate industry group has had the privilege to serve as advisors to Trianon on multiple occasions. At the end of 2019 Trianon entered a share purchase agreement with Wilhelm regarding acquisition of eleven properties in Malmö. The properties, with an estimated property value of MSEK 900, consists of 781 residential units with connecting commercial space. At the same time the parties also entered a share purchase agreement by which Trianon – through forward purchase – sold a future residential property consisting of 256 apartments and a small number of commercial stores, situated on Norra Sorgenfri, Malmö to Wilhelm. The total residential area amounts to 9 842 square meters and total commercial area amounts to 674 square meters. Wilhelm is to take possession of the turnkey building in in 2023, by which time the building is expected to be fully leased. The estimated real estate value was MSEK 435.
