Marie-Anne Lindhardt is operative in both MAQS group for commercial agreements and in MAQS group for sport and entertainment law.
Marie-Anne’s field of expertise is within employment law and in addition to drafting, negotiating and reviewing employment law agreements, Marie-Anne represents companies in reconstructions, operational cutbacks, collective agreement matters and matters connected to GDPR. Marie-Anne also represents MAQS’ clients as legal counsel in employment law disputes before the district courts as well as the Swedish Labour Court.
Furthermore, Marie-Anne also has a particular speciliazation within sports and entertainment. Marie-Anne respresents, for instance, companies, associations, non-profit associations, athletes and intermediaries/agents in questions related to contract law, employment law, association law, sports regulations and gambling/lotteries. Marie-Anne also assists MAQS’ clients on a continuous basis as legal counsel before decision-making bodies of national and international sports federations and she also has experience as legal counsel before the Court of Arbitration for Sport in Lausanne.
In addition to Marie-Anne’s legal capabilities she also brings valuable experience from her several years with one of Sweden’s more well-reputed ICA Kvantum stores with approximately 120 employees, where she, among other things, worked with issues related to organization, leadership and personnel and was a part of the company’s executive group. An experience that gave Marie-Anne excellent understanding of the commercial reality to which companies must relate and the commercial considerations that follow therewith.
