Marie-Anne Lindhardt is part of MAQS team for commercial agreements. Within the legal branch for commercial agreements, Marie-Anne regularly assists small and large companies with her expertise in matters related to drafting, reviewing and negotiating inter alia co-operation agreements, IT-agreements, general terms and conditions, all types of employment contracts etc.

Marie-Anne is also specialized in the sports, media and entertainment industry. For instance, Marie-Anne assists companies, associations, non-profit organizations, athletes and agents in issues related to commercial contracts, association law, lottery legislation and the rules and regulations of sports. Marie-Anne further legally represents MAQS’ clients on a regular basis in disputes before the International Football Association’s (FIFA) Dispute Resolution System and Marie-Anne also has experience as legal representative in disputes before the Court of Arbitration for Sport in Lausanne.

Furthermore, Marie-Anne has valuable experience from her employment in one of Sweden’s most well-reputed ICA Kvantum-stores, a store which has nearly 120 employees. During her several years of employment at ICA Kvantum Marie-Anne worked with issues related to organization, leadership and personnel and she was a part of the company’s executive group. This experience has enriched Marie-Anne with an excellent understanding for the commercial reality that companies have to address and the commercial considerations arising accordingly.
