Per-Henrik works in MAQS’ Commercial group in Gothenburg and therefore advises clients in matters related to on-going commercial contracts. Per-Henrik has extensive experience in assisting clients with the preparation, review, and negotiation of agreements relating to commercial agencies, commission and distribution relationships, production, IT, e-commerce and development collaborations. Per-Henrik has represented commercial agents, commissioners, distributors as well as suppliers/manufacturers and thus has experience from both sides of the contractual relationship.
Per-Henrik has conducted litigation and arbitration proceedings involving distribution and commercial agent relationships and has experience in developing extensive contractual structures for our clients’ businesses in general. Per-Henrik assists both Swedish and foreign companies and works to a great extent with international matters. Per-Henrik works with companies in a variety of industries; service providers as well as manufacturing companies and has become particularly focused on clients within the automotive industry and clothing industry. Per-Henrik therefore regularly assists clients positioned within the chain of production or retail in relation to those industries in particular but naturally has vast experience within other industries as well. In addition Per-Henrik also continuously assists clients in the transportation and IT industry.
Per-Henrik regularly holds seminars and courses regarding general and special contract law and trade-specific terms and conditions at various trade seminars.
