Bo Ransnäs has over three decades worth of experience working with major restructurings, liqudiations and bankruptcies as well as advising businesses, banks and other financial institutions on matters regarding insolvency and credit securities. Bo is frequently instructed as court-appointed receiver of bankruptcies and corporate restructurings. Through his strong engagement in REKON, Bo is a driving force in legal development and educational issues within the area.

Bo also has experience working with banking and finance, property law, litigation, arbitration, commercial agents, reseller agreements and commercial disputes with a particular focus on construction.
