Christina Rydell Ahlström is head of MAQS Renewables and specializes in environmental law and planning and building law. Christina has extensive experience of providing advice to Swedish and International companies in the field, primarily assisting in matters relating to permits for environmentally hazardous activities and water operations, liability for contamination, environmental damages and land development.

Christina also has considerable expertise in renewable energy and in particular environmental issues in connection to acquisitions, development and management of wind farms and hydroelectric power operations. Apart from having a busy practice, Christina is a popular lecturer, often being engaged on the subject of environmental law.
