Hans Svedberg specialises in mergers and acquisitions and any and all matters relating to real estate, with a particular focus on real estate transactions.

Hans has extensive experience of working with major restructurings, liqudiations and bankruptcies as well as advising businesses, banks and other financial institutions on matters regarding insolvency and credit securities. He is frequently instructed as court-appointed receiver of bankruptcies and corporate restructurings.

Hans frequently acts as advisor and support to boards and senior management, and is himself a member of several boards.
