Aleris acquires Nordiskt Centrum för Kirurgi

MAQS has assisted the seller of Nordiskt Centrum för Kirurgi (Nordic Centre for Surgery) in connection with the sale to Aleris.

Nordiskt Centrum för Kirurgi offers specialist care in areas such as bariatric surgery, hernia surgery, gallbladder surgery, endoscopy, ear-nose-throat (ENT), pediatric surgery, endocrine surgery, gynecology, and plastic surgery. The clinic handles approximately 5,000 patient visits annually, serving patients on behalf of regional healthcare authorities, insurance companies, and self-paying individuals. Aleris provides specialist healthcare digitally and at around one hundred locations in Sweden, Norway, and Denmark.

MAQS has represented the seller in connection with the transaction, through Filip Bucin, Lovisa Elardt and Richard Fiskesund.
