Bell Casino acquired by Paf

Paf has acquired Bell Casino AB, a Swedish family-owned gaming company that provides gaming entertainment on board approximately 50 vessels operating routes between Sweden, Germany, Poland, the Baltic states, the United Kingdom, Ireland and the Netherlands.

Bell Casino was founded in 1973 by Morgan Eliasson and has since established itself as a leading operator within gaming entertainment at sea. The company employs 28 members of staff and operates approximately 1,500 slot machines and 450 arcade games.

Through the acquisition, Paf is expanding its Land & Ship operations to encompass additional shipping routes and destinations across Europe. The combined operations will manage gaming entertainment on board approximately 80 vessels. Bell Casino AB will become part of the Paf Group with effect from 1 June 2026.

In connection with the transaction, MAQS Advokatbyrå acted as legal adviser to the sellers of Bell Casino. MAQS' team consisted of Carl Fhager, Joel Lundgren and Adrian Kokk.
