Changes at MAQS Advokatbyrå

MAQS Advokatbyrå AB, comprising the firm's offices in Stockholm, Gothenburg and Sundsvall, and MAQS Advokatbyrå KB, comprising the firm's office in Malmö, have agreed to separate.

The decision has been made by mutual agreement and will provide greater clarity and a stronger foundation for both firms going forward as they pursue their respective strategic directions. MAQS Advokatbyrå KB, which operates in Malmö, will retain the MAQS Advokatbyrå brand.

The separation will take effect on 1 January 2027.
