Coor acquires Skaraborgs Städ 

MAQS has advised the sellers in connection with Coor’s acquisition of the cleaning and service company Skaraborgs Städ. 

Skaraborgs Städ has 800 employees and an annual turnover of approximately 400 million SEK. Skaraborgs Städ includes the subsidiaries Städtjänst Värmland, Kristinehamns All Rent, and Sanmix. 

Coor is a leading provider of facility management services in the Nordics, offering specialist expertise in workplace services, property services and strategic advisory services.
