EWGroup acquires WS Skrot & Industriåtervinning

MAQS Advokatbyrå has advised WS Skrot & Industriåtervinning AB in the sale of all shares in the company to EWGroup, a growing corporation in recycling and sustainable material flows.

WS Skrot & Industriåtervinning is an established recycling and scrap company based in Vårgårda, focusing on scrap metal, industrial recycling, waste management, and transportation.

The acquisition provides EWGroup with expanded capacity in material handling, metal recycling, and industrial waste flows. WS Skrot & Industriåtervinning will continue to operate as an independent company under its established brand, now supported by EWGroup's resources, expertise, and network.
