Göfast Gruppen acquires Promea Plåtslageri

MAQS Advokatbyrå has acted as legal adviser to Göfast Gruppen AB in connection with the company’s acquisition of Promea Plåtslageri AB. The acquisition was completed on 27 February and broadens Göfast Gruppen’s operations within sheet metal work, while further strengthening its construction services offering in the Gothenburg region.

Göfast Gruppen, which is owned by Tången, offers construction services including electrical work, plumbing, sheet metal work, and fine carpentry.

Promea Plåtslageri is an established sheet metal company specialising in service and renovation projects.

MAQS Advokatbyrå acted as legal adviser to Tången in connection with the acquisition. The team was led by Anton Olsson and Josefine Bågholt.
