Hub Park acquires project property in Gothenburg from Platzer

Platzer Fastigheter has entered into an agreement with Hub Park for the sale of the property Högsbo 55:11 located in Södra Änggården, Gothenburg. The property is a project site with building rights for a parking facility covering 16,000 square meters. The sale is structured as a corporate transaction with an ongoing construction project.

Platzer will continue to be part of the collaborative organization and urban development of the area.

Hub Park will assume responsibility and costs to complete the ongoing construction. The new parking facility, featuring mobility solutions, is expected to be completed by 2026.
