Infralogistic acquires Avfallspartner Sverige AB

Infralogistic establishes in Östergötland by acquiring Avfallspartner Sverige AB, which provides service-based solutions within the area of recycling and contaminated products.

MAQS has advised Infralogistic in connection with the acquisition, mainly through Lovisa Elardt, Patrik Gustafsson-Sonne and Aleksander Källkvist.
