Infralogistic acquires A. Granlunds Grävmaskiner AB

Infralogistic has acquired A. Granlunds Grävmaskiner AB, which provides construction machinery and transport services through both own resources and partners.

The acquired company had a turnover of approximately SEK 100 million in 2020 and has 34 employees.

MAQS has advised Infralogistic in connection with the acquisition, mainly through Lovisa Elardt, Patrik Gustafsson-Sonne and Aleksander Källkvist.
