Lagercrantz Group acquires Plast & Plåt Vägmärken AB

Lagercrantz Group (publ) has acquired Plast & Plåt Vägmärken AB (PPV), a well-established player in the road sign manufacturing industry. The acquisition is part of Lagercrantz's strategy to strengthen its position in infrastructure-related products and expand its operations.
