Lawyer from MAQS appointed chairman of the board of MOFAST

Jonas Blomquist, lawyer at MAQS Advokatbyrå, has been appointed chairman of the board in Mälardalens Omsorgsfastigheter Holding AB (MOFAST), a real estate company listed on the Spotlight market place. Today MOFAST owns and facilitates residential property and community property mainly in the Stockholm area to the substantial value of approximately two billion Swedish crowns, but has recently adopted a growth strategy to reach a substantial value of the real estate portfolio of five billion crowns within the next three years.
