Lightning Group (publ) Acquires MaSeTek

MAQS Advokatbyrå has advised Lightning Group AB in connection with the signing of an agreement to acquire shares in MaSeTek AB, a company specialized in the manufacturing and sales of accessories for lighting installations in public environments.

The acquisition is part of Lightning Group's strategy to broaden its offering, increase sales capacity, and strengthen the group's position in the Nordic market.
Lightning Group is a group of companies specializing in innovative lighting solutions for public environments. Through its subsidiaries Vadsbo LightTech, LedLab and Priolight, it develops and sells control systems, luminaires and installation products - both under its own brands and as OEM solutions.

Lightning Group AB is listed on the Spotlight Stock Market.

The acquisition will take place on July 1, 2025, subject to customary conditions being met.
