MAQS acts as legal advisor in Solare Nordic’s acquisition of solar project

The Swedish solar energy developer Solare Nordic AB has entered into an agreement to acquire a solar project with an installed capacity of up to 24 MW from SunSpark Nordic AB. 

The project is located in Blekinge and marks a significant step in Solare Nordic's expansion within renewable energy. 

SunSpark Nordic AB, which developed the project, views the transaction as a success and a step towards enabling more solar energy projects in Sweden. 

The transaction is subject to approval from the Inspectorate of Strategic Products.

MAQS is advising Solare Nordic in connection with the transaction. MAQS' team consists of Mikael Kowal, Ida Hillestad, and Klara Dahlqvist.
