MAQS advised Cuben Integration AB in the sale of Cuben Utbildning AB

Storskogen AB (publ) has through its subsidiary Strigo AB acquired Cuben Utbildning AB, a Swedish limited liability company providing adult- and vocational education.

Cuben Utbildning AB offers Swedish for immigrants (“SFI”) and adult- and vocational education. The company also provides labour education and matching services.

Cuben Utbildning AB was founded in 2010 by Sanna Ahrens and Marie Medström. Sanna Ahrens and Marie Medström will continue to operate the company during a transitional period. Cuben Utbildning AB will act under its own brand after the acquisition
