MAQS advised DalaVind in the sale of the wind power project Fageråsen

DalaVind AB, together with Eolus AB, has signed an agreement for the sale of the wind power project Fageråsen to OX2, a leading European developer and owner of renewable energy production.

The project, which is in the late development phase and includes up to 34 wind turbines across five areas, has been developed in close collaboration between DalaVind and Eolus, and represents an important piece in Dalarna's energy transition. Fageråsen contributes to establishing an additional grid connection point in Dalarna, which is of strategic importance for the entire region, as it increases grid capacity, reduces vulnerability, and strengthens energy security.

OX2 acquires the project with the ambition to complete construction and serve as a long-term owner and operator. The goal is for the park to be fully operational by early 2028.

DalaVind designs, builds, manages, and owns wind farms throughout Dalarna.
