MAQS advised Fruktbudet in the acquisition of Fruktpaus

Fruktbudet in the Nordics, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Hammarviken, has acquired all shares in Fruktpaus. 

The acquisition marks an important step in Fruktbudet's strategy to strengthen its presence in the Gothenburg region and further develop its offerings in the fruit and office service industry.

Fruktpaus is a well-established Gothenburg company with ten employees, a strong reputation, and a clear focus on quality, personal service, and attractive fruit platters. Through the acquisition, Fruktpaus will continue to operate under its own brand, with the same dedicated team and customer focus – but with access to Fruktbudet's resources and expanded product portfolio.

MAQS acted as legal advisor to Fruktbudet in the transaction. The team primarily consisted of Carl Fhager, Joel Lundgren, and Adrian Kokk.
