MAQS advised IRLAB Therapeutics in connection with oversubscribed rights issue and overallotment issue

MAQS Advokatbyrå acted as legal adviser to IRLAB Therapeutics in connection with the company's oversubscribed rights issue of ordinary shares of series A and overallotment issue, raising a total of approximately SEK 76.5 million. MAQS also acted as legal adviser in connection with the extension of the company's loan from Fenja Capital.

IRLAB is a Swedish biopharmaceutical company developing new innovative treatments for the various symptoms that arise during the progression of Parkinson's disease and where there is currently no or only limited treatment available. The Company has a broad portfolio of drug candidates, several of which are the subject of well-advanced dialogues with potential partners. The share issues contribute to strengthening IRLAB's financial resources and improve the company's freedom of action and prospects for success in ongoing and future business discussions.
