MAQS advised Luxbright in its rights issue of approximately SEK 14 million

LUXBRIGHT AB (publ) has carried out a rights issue of shares that will provide the company with proceeds of approximately SEK 14 million before deduction of costs related to the rights issue.

Luxbright is a Swedish, high-tech X-ray company founded in 2012 with mission to protect and simplify people's lives through advanced X-ray technology. Luxbright provides X-ray tubes and X-ray sources to customers all around the globe. Development, production, and verification are all gathered under the same roof in Gothenburg, Sweden.
