MAQS advised PrimoTech on the acquisition of Kronborg Sikring

PrimoTech Group AB has acquired Kronborg Sikring, thereby establishing a presence in Denmark.

Kronborg Sikring is a Danish company and a leading supplier of solutions and proprietary products in the fields of fire safety and mechanical burglary protection. The company offers consultancy, design, installation and servicing of bespoke products, with clients primarily in industry, critical infrastructure and environments with high demands for fire and burglary protection. The company has a strong market position in Denmark, combined with its own workshop and a nationwide service and maintenance network.

PrimoTech Group is part of the Profura Group, a privately owned, Gothenburg-based investment company that invests across sectors with a focus on long-term ownership. The acquisition marks PrimoTech's entry into the Danish market and strengthens the group's position in security solutions.
