MAQS advised on the sale of Halon Security to Intera Partners

Intera Partners’ (“Intera”) has acquired of all shares in Halon Security AB (“Halon”). In connection with the transaction, certain larger shareholders in Halon have reinvested in Intera.

Halon is a global market leader in email infrastructure software, headquartered in Gothenburg, with an office in San Francisco.

Intera Partners is a private equity firm managing two active funds whose focus is on growth and internationalization of Swedish and Finnish companies. The funds have a total capital of approximately EUR 585 million.

MAQS advised the shareholders of Halon in connection with the transaction as well as in the reinvestment in Intera. MAQS’ team was led by Fredrik Mörner.
