MAQS advised on the sale of Wint to the private equity firm Norvestor

The owners of Wint have entered into an agreement for the sale of the company to the Norwegian private equity-firm Norvestor. 

Wint is a tech company that offers an automated service for accounting, invoicing, and payroll management for small and medium-sized businesses. The company was founded in 2011 as a traditional accounting firm but gradually transitioned into a digitized service. Wint serves approximately 4,500 customers, generates revenues exceeding SEK 140 million, and sees potential for continued growth.

The transaction involved a total of 123 sellers. MAQS Law Firm advised Neudi & Co and management in connection with the sale, which is subject to customary conditions and expected to be completed in December 2024.

Neudi & C:o is a family-owned investment company which develops and supports entrepreneurship and growth businesses through active ownership.
