MAQS advised Smoltek in its rights issue of approximately SEK 26 million

Smoltek Nanotech Holding AB (publ) has carried out a rights issue of shares that will provide the company with proceeds of approximately SEK 26 million before deduction of costs related to the rights issue.

Smoltek develops new products with disruptive performance, based on nanotechnology, that solve advanced material technology problems in several industrial sectors and is currently active in two business areas: semiconductors and hydrogen. The company develops new material technology solutions for the next generation of capacitors and electrolysers.

MAQS acted as legal advisor and Corpura Fondkommission AB acted as financial advisor in connection with the rights issue. The MAQS team consisted of Fredrik Brusberg, Rebecka Malm, and Eric Ehrencrona.
