MAQS advised Tången on the acquisition of Transmark Subsea

The investment company Tången has, through its portfolio company Malux, acquired Transmark Subsea, which specializes in products and services for the subsea industry.

The acquisition marks a step forward in Malux's ambition to offer high-quality, customized solutions within specialized and demanding areas. Transmark Subsea’s headquarter is in Bergen, Norway.

The seller was the Dutch company Corona Holdings.

Tången is a West Swedish investment company that focuses on companies in the Nordic region with sustainable and profitable growth. Tången mainly focuses on industry, service, energy, and properties.
