MAQS advised Tången in connection with the acquisition of Elfcon

The investment company Tången has acquired 100% of the shares in Elfcon, a company with extensive experience in maritime and container repairs. The deal strengthens Tången’s service and maintenance offerings and complements the company's current operations through its subsidiary AB Sjuntorp.

Elfcon, headquartered in Gothenburg, operates in strategic locations in the outer harbours of Gothenburg, Zeebrugge, and Travemünde. The company and its foreign subsidiaries specialize in the repair and maintenance of cargo-handling equipment, including port terminal equipment, and offers sales of used roll trailers and containers that can be customized to meet customer needs.

Tången is a West Swedish investment company that focuses on companies in the Nordic region with sustainable and profitable growth. Tången mainly focuses on industry, service, energy, and properties.
