MAQS advised Tången in connection with the acquisition of STT Emtec

The investment company Tången has acquired STT Emtec AB (publ), thereby strengthening its position in the marine sector.

STT Emtec, headquartered in Sundsvall, offers advanced engine testing, and provides products to a broad customer base in the marine sector, including engine manufacturers, shipyards, and distributors.

The expected growth in the marine sector is driven by increasing regulatory demands for reduced emissions, making STT Emtec a strategic asset for Tången's continued expansion.

Tången is a West Swedish investment company that focuses on companies in the Nordic region with sustainable and profitable growth.
