MAQS advised in the transfer of Rimab to HomeMaid

MAQS Advokatbyrå has assisted the owners of Rimab Facility Service AB in connection with the sale of all shares in the company to HomeMaid AB (publ).

Rimab, based in Gothenburg, was founded in 1989 and primarily operates in the industrial cleaning sector. In 2024, Rimab had a turnover of 129 million SEK and operates from Falkenberg in the south to Umeå in the north, with approximately 230 employees. Among its clients are companies such as Volvo Group, Jönköping University, and Falkenberg Municipality.

Through the acquisition, service company HomeMaid continues its growth journey, increasing its turnover by approximately 20 percent, according to a press release. Rimab will continue to operate under its own brand, becoming the fourth subsidiary in the HomeMaid group. HomeMaid is listed on Spotlight Stock Market.
