MAQS advises Bauer Hockey in the acquisition of ProSharp

MAQS has represented Bauer Hockey LTD, the world's leading hockey equipment manufacturer, in the acquisition of ProSharp AB, a premium skate sharpening and profiling company based in Sundsvall, Sweden, with subsidiaries in the United States and Canada. Founded in 1984, ProSharp today is a leader in the industry trusted by some of the world's top hockey stars in the National Hockey League, as well as national teams and professional clubs across Europe.
