MAQS advises Elovade and its private equity investors on the acquisition of Inuit

MAQS acted as Swedish legal counsel in connection with Elovade’s acquisition of Inuit AB.

Elovade is one of Europe’s leading value-added software distributors specializing in IT security and cloud services. Backed by private equity investors HQ Equita and Verdane, Elovade has successfully acquired Inuit AB, a company specializing in products for IT operations and IT security, offering efficient IT solutions as a distributor.

MAQS acted as Swedish legal counsel, covering transactional aspects and financing issues of the acquisition, in cooperation with lead counsels from Watson Farley & Williams’ Munich office and MSLAW.
