MAQS advises Hammarviken in real estate transaction

Hammarviken Fastigheter AB has acquired two modern light industrial and retail properties in the Eklanda area of Mölndal from Swisslife AM Nordic.

The transaction includes the properties Näverluren 1 and 2, which are currently fully leased to Dagab and Mekonomen, encompassing a total area of over 3,500 square meters.

Since the late 1990s, Hammarviken Fastigheter AB has been an active player in the real estate market in the Gothenburg region, focusing on commercial properties such as offices, warehouses, and retail spaces. The company has also expressed interest in expanding its portfolio to other parts of Sweden to meet the needs of its subsidiaries.
