MAQS advises Locus Energy on operational wind farm acquisition

SEB Nordic Energy’s portfolio company, Locus Energy, has acquired Storrun wind farm.

Storrun wind farm, located in Krokom municipality in Jämtland, Sweden, comprises of a total of 12 wind turbine generators with a total annual production of approximately 65 GWh since its commercial operation date.

Locus Energy is a long-term active owner and developer of small-scale sustainable infrastructure for energy production in the Nordic region.

MAQS acted as legal advisor to Locus Energy in connection with the transaction. MAQS’ team consisted of Mikael Kowal, Ida Hillestad, Jessica Svantesson, Kristin Busterud Öhman and Elin Stolpe.
