MAQS advises MVI and Treeco Group on the acquisition of Plantskolan i Ängelholm

Treeco Group has acquired Plantskolan i Ängelholm AB, one of Sweden’s leading independent plant nurseries. The acquisition strengthens Treeco’s position in Sweden and adds significant expertise within fruit trees and ornamental plants to the Group.

Treeco Group is a Nordic group of plant nurseries and green infrastructure businesses. The Group comprises Stångby Plantskola, Kortegaards Planteskole, Rögle Plantskola, HPJ Garden, Gardenr, and now Plantskolan i Ängelholm.  MVI, the majority owner of Treeco Group  is a Nordic private equity firm investing in growing companies with strong market positions and committed management teams.
