MAQS advises Nefab Group on the acquisition of FARUSA Emballage

Nefab Group, through its subsidiary Nefab Denmark, has acquired FARUSA Emballage, a Nordic company specializing in durable corrugated packaging solutions. The acquisition strengthens Nefab’s position both globally and locally while underscoring its dedication to reducing resource use in supply chains. 

Nefab is a leading player in packaging and logistics solutions. The company offers global solutions and local services worldwide to companies in industries such as Telecom, Datacom, Semicon, Energy, Healthcare equipment, Mining & Construction, and LiB & E-mobility.

Following the acquisition of FARUSA Emballage, the Nefab Group now comprises nearly 5,000 employees across 38 countries, with an annual turnover exceeding 10 billion SEK.
