MAQS advises on ownership change in Sleepingfox Hotel Group

Sleepingfox Hotel Group's CEO and co-founder, Lars-Jerker Molin, has entered into an agreement to sell his entire stake in the company to colleagues Johan Kukacka and Jonas Westring. In connection with the transaction, Lars-Jerker Molin will leave his operational role in the company.

Sleepingfox Hotel Group currently operates nine facilities from Skellefteå in the north to Linköping in the south. The portfolio includes, among others, the spa hotel Best Western Hotel Dalecarlia in Tällberg and Best Western and hotel in central Stockholm. The group had a turnover of 360 million SEK in 2024 and continues to show strong growth.

Following the transaction, Johan Kukacka and Jonas Westring will jointly own 100 percent of Sleepingfox Hotel Group.

MAQS acts as legal advisor to Sleepingfox Hotel Group in connection with the ownership change. MAQS' team consists of Magdalena Persson and Linda Bengtsson.
