MAQS advises Peritas in real estate transaction

Peritas is conducting a major real estate transaction involving the sale of three properties and the acquisition of one in central Sundsvall, with Diös as the counterparty. The total transaction volume amounts to 327 million SEK.

The divested properties in Sundsvall are centrally located and primarily consist of offices and residential units. The sale is part of Peritas' strategy to transition from property management to other investments and project properties.

The acquired property, Balder 3, is a residential property with an area of 4,630 square meters.

The properties will change ownership on April 29, 2025.
