MAQS advises in the sale of logistics properties at Landvetter

Store Fastigheter AB and Söderberg & Sköld Fastigheter AB have divested two fully leased logistics properties located at Airport City Göteborg to South Bay.

Completed in 2023, the properties offer a total leasable area of approximately 4,700 sqm. They are located at Landvetter Airport with direct access to Highway 40. Their proximity to the airport, motorway, and the region’s container port creates optimal conditions for efficient logistics, both nationally and internationally.
