MAQS advises the seller as Revivo Group acquires Premator's Nordic operations

The acquisition of Premator's operations in Sweden, Norway and Denmark marks Revivo Group's first establishment in Denmark.

Revivo Group comprises leading specialist companies offering surface treatment services. Through the acquisition, Revivo Group strengthens its presence in the Nordic market while broadening the group's expertise, capacity and customer base.

Premator is an established player in advanced surface treatment with extensive experience in blasting, anti-corrosion coating and related services. The business holds a strong position in technically demanding projects and environments, with customers in sectors including marine, industrial and infrastructure. Premator's current management and organisation will continue to run and develop the business as part of Revivo Group.
