MAQS advises the seller of a successful cleaning company in Malmö

MAQS Advokatbyrå has advised Hadi Bra AB, and its’ owner Sandra Hadi in the sale of 80 percent of the company KS Städ & Fönsterputs Almvik AB to HomeMaid AB (publ).

KS Städ & Fönsterputs Almvik AB is a company focused on cleaning services with approximately 550 corporate customers, 70 employees, a turnover of approximately 30 MSEK with 20 percent profit margin. 

The purchaser, HomeMaid AB (publ), is a company listed on the Spotlight Stock Market with 265 employees and a turnover exceeding 250 MSEK (figures from annual report 2020).

Sandra Hadi remains owner of 20 percent and continues on as CEO of the company.

MAQS’ team in the project was headed by Jonas Blomquist (M&A partner).
