MAQS advises Sjöson on the acquisition of Cliff Models

Sjöson is acquiring Cliff Models AB, thereby strengthening its position in advanced prototype manufacturing.

Sjöson is a company builder based in Gothenburg, focusing on real estate development, industrial and technology companies, as well as companies within the food and beverage sector. Through this acquisition, Sjöson is further expanding the group's existing industrial base.

Cliff Models is a development partner to leading industrial companies. Through its specialist expertise in model-making, prototype manufacturing and product development, the company helps its clients to develop, test and bring new products to market – from early concepts to finished prototypes.
