MAQS advises Skrotfrag on the divestment of XR Logistik to LBC Frakt i Värmland

LBC Frakt i Värmland is acquiring XR Logistik and its subsidiaries from Skrotfrag through XR Bolagen. The transaction covers operations with a combined turnover of approximately SEK 1.1 billion and around 160 employees. XR Logistik is a leading transport and logistics company that develops and offers end-to-end solutions for all types of goods, both domestically and internationally.

MAQS acted as legal advisor to Skrotfrag, through XR Bolagen, in connection with the transaction. The team primarily consisted of Carl Fhager, Jonas Svahn, Hannah Mark and Jakob Sjåstad.
