MAQS advises as STAEDEAN acquires Golden EDI
STAEDEAN B.V., backed by Rivean Capital, has acquired 100 per cent of the shares in GEDI Holding AB and, thereby, indirectly all of the shares in Golden EDI AB.
Golden EDI is a specialist provider of EDI and integration solutions for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, helping customers automate and simplify connectivity between business applications and external systems. The company’s platform includes SaaS solutions for Trading EDI, E-invoicing (Certified Peppol Access Point), AP automation, Intercompany processes, Business Central connectivity, WMS and 3PL integration, web integration, and customized integrations, with an established customer base and partner network, particularly in the Nordics.
STAEDEAN is a global provider of vertical and data software solutions built on Microsoft Dynamics 365. With deep industry expertise and data capabilities, STAEDEAN helps customers improve integration, data quality and compliance across increasingly complex technology environments.
