MAQS advises Sustainion Group (publ) in connection with the acquisition of Skårebo Energi

Sustainion Group AB (publ) continues its commitment to the global electrification trend by entering into an agreement to acquire 100 percent of the shares in Skårebo Energi AB.

Skårebo Energi AB is the market leading wholesaler within electric car charging solutions and had a turnover of approximately SEK 187 million in 2023. 

Sustainion Group is an industrial company that invests in companies with sustainable technologies and operates in future industries. The operations are carried out through four subsidiaries: EHC Teknik AB, EnviroClean Sweden AB, Elpro i Alingsås AB and EWF Eco AB. 

The transaction is expected to be completed in December.
